Makeup time!!

Hello everyone!!!

Sorry it's been so long I've been really busy with exams and school, but I'm finally here!

Ok so this is my first makeup post and I'm ready to talk my fav products, brands and shops! First off I've just been sorting out my makeup and its all been cleaned and organized which makes it heaps easier to find, so if Deffinately recommend that you all do that before you start buying new products.

So below I will list all the products I have recently bought that I am loving and ill give you a little description.

1. Rimmel wake me up foundation- I decided to try this makeup because I had a smash-box foundation that I was using everyday and I love it but its pretty pricey and is quite a heavy coverage. Rimmel wake me up foundation gives a lovely glowing and solid coverage it goes on the face really nicely ( recommend you use moisturizer before you put on any foundation) I just use my hands then use my Napoleon buffing brush to buff it into the skin and it stay's on all day. Price: $19.99 (chemists or supermarkets)

2. My second most loved product is the Bare Minerals 'pretty amazing' lip gloss in the colour pizzazz. I love this colour! It's really similar to Mac rebel (which I can't afford but love!) it's a gloss but goes on quite heavy and its great because you can later it Price: $20.00 (sephora is USA or kit in Myers in AUS)

3. Thirdly, is the smashbox high definition concealer. A lot of other concealers leave you skin oily but this one goes on really nicely and you don't need to much which is great! Price: $25.00 (sephora is USA or kit in Myers in AUS)

4. I'm really loving the real techniques eye brushes. I haven't gotten a chance to try the other but the ones I currently have and adore are: the deluxe crease brush, pixel point eye liner brush, base shadow brush, accent brush and the Angled brow brush.

Mosh Pits

Mosh pits

A few months ago i had a terrible experience with mosh pits when i went to see the arctic monkeys preform live. The entire show was mosh pit and this was my first time experiencing this. You see I'm Claustrophobic which really doesn't help and because it was must first time being in a mosh pit i was quite nervous.

My friend had purchased the ticket without my permission so i felt obliged to go, and considering i only knew a few of the bands songs i wasn't terribly keen anyway. When we arrived there i got really excited, but i didn't want to push myself i wanted to find out what my limitations were. I met up with two of my other friends and we stood there as the opening acts came on. I looked around me and though "Hey, this isn't so bad, i can do this" and it wasn't bad at all, until the Arctic Monkeys came on.

The bands target audience is probably 25+ men (Mainly british) this meant that a large proportion were of that genre. So once that band started everyone began jumping up and down and 'raving' ( haha i can't believe i just said that) to the music. Because i am short i was getting crushed and it certainly didn't help that everyone around me was throwing beer everywhere and smoking weed, so this made my claustrophobia worse.

I began to have a panic attack and ran into the bath and... continued my panic attack, called my dad, he picked me up and we left. I've got to say it was probably one of the worst experiences of my life but i felt proud that i had the courage to do something about it.

Since then i hadn't really gone into mosh pits and every time someone suggested we go to a concert that had a mosh pit i would just decline the offer. Until recently when a friend of mine had a spare ticket to Ed Sheeran and i instantly accepted, not realising it was mosh pit. When we arrived i was feeling really nervous, it was a huge crowd but luckly the target audience wasn't 25+ mainly british men, My friend knew that i was feeling quite nervous but she was supportive and i ended up having a really good time. I didn't get cushed, have beer thrown on me or have old men smoking weed around me. The music was amazing and the only bad thing was that i came out with an incredibly sore back, but it was o worth it!

Sorry its been so long since i have written my internet has been down but all good now, got heaps of blog ideas on the way and can't wait to share mys tories, experiences and feelings with you! xxx please comment below on your thoughts!
